Denise;, The 47 HP sounds like about what you want, I don't think 25 HP is enought for you. Better to have a little extra, then always be just a little under-powered! If you got to have a front loader, you NEED Power steering!!, 4 WD is nice but you don't need it.I would look for a newer tractor, at least in the 80's, they are out there to be found. My nickels worth.........
