Hi Mark I was wondering the other day what kind of tractor you have now, I would guess that the man is honest, and that he is not mis-representing anything, he knows that they will deteriate further ,and he is probably not able to operate them anymore, seals and gaskets may need replacing ,and then again they can quit leaking after you run them and get them hot.So I think that it is a good buy.
