Well, it all started kinda like this... I was wanting to restore something but old cars and pickups seemed like quite a bit of money and time to do. So, I got to thinking that maybe an old tractor would be a bit easier. I grew up running Farmall H's and F-20's back in Mo. I called my Dad who still lives in Mo and asked him if he knew of any H's around. He didn't but started looking. Within a couple of weeks he found 2. One ran and the other didn't. The Mrs and I went back to Mo from Co to take a look at them and ended up buying the one that ran - $850 - and hauled it back to Co. This is a distance of 700 miles. Once we got that one back, my cousin who lives within a few miles of my Dad said that if he knew we were looking for an H, he had one for sale. So, guess what?? We made the trip back just a couple of weeks ago and brought that one back also. This one doesn't run but only cost $400. Hard to find one around CO that is that cheap and besides, we get to visit with family when we make a 'tractor trip'. FM

Jon called me to help him discover why his tractor wouldn't start
