I have such a tractor with power steering. My shop manual shows both manual and power steering. To convert to power steering would require replacing the steering assembly. That would not be hard to do but the cost might be prohibitive. Any John Deere dealer could supply the parts list and costs. An alternative might be to find a "junker" and rob it.
