I use McAfee and have had excellent luck with it. I also use Eudora for mail instead of Outlook since it's not as vulnerable to viruses and also gives me a chance to download it without opening the attachment. I've got McAfee set to delete the attachment automatically as it downloads from the mail server if it detects a virus. This is the safest way since it doesn't have a chance to infect anything else. Go ahead and let it delete any attachments containing a virus, that way you won't have to try to repair any of your other files. Also, be sure you do the updates every time they come out. McAfee issues updates weekly, usually on Wed. nites, but if a new virus comes out they put out one between releases. Good luck! Kerry
