I personally feel the 8N is not a good tractor for loader work. It is too light and most importantly it doesn't have power steering. Power steering is a tremendous help when you get a bucket full of material on a loader. You might want to consider a little newer tractor that has power steering. I'd also try to get one with live PTO if possible. Much safer if you plan to do any brush hogging.
