if you want to stay in the Ford famaly, mabey a Ford 3000 or 4000 (gas or diesel) would fit the bill I have a 74 4000 that was our main loader tractor for years and it was a dependable tractor. some of these tractors come w/ the select-o-speed transmision (earlest powershift) witch i would stay away from if i was you they aren't bad but you need to get used to them.
