I have an 8 by 14 by 20 I use to keep my good junk in.. Problems: 1:In the summer it is WAY HOT (brown cover) and it could really use a vent or two in the peaks. Hot enough it would work well for drying out rough cut lumber or fresh green firewood. 2: the cover seems as if it will not have a very long life where it goes over tubing. It really is getting stretched out ther on mine, because of: 3:Snow loading is way high on a house style roof. If I had the round quonset roof it would not be necessary to knock accumulated wet heavy snow off to prevent collapse or the cover pulling in from the ends. 4: Zippers are the first thing to go. Use them carefully, get roll up doors if you can, and watch for stray fabric threads getting in the way of the zippers. At the price you're considering I'd look into a portable steel shed. Some areas allow a stand alone steel structure set right on the ground, depends on where you are and what is available to ya.

And, if you are like me, your tractor is under cover, but it sits outside. So with every temperature change, the humidity in the air collects in the fuel tank, in the form of water.
