Perhaps you snapped the weld bead that runs the
live PTO through the clutch assembly, thus the
flange fails to turn the PTO. The tractor will
move, but not advisable to drive. The Deere replacement clutch will have updated strength:
besides being welded in, three rivets secure the
flange to the clutch assembly. If your clutch
was strong, you could avoid buying new parts,
by having a professional welder fix yours.
