Is it actually overheating?
190 degrees Celsius would be grossly over the top, but 190 Fahrenheit would be nowhere near atmospheric boiling point of water - let alone a pressurised system containing an ethylene glycol antifreeze solution!
What temperature does the thermostat open?
How accurate is the temperature guage?
I would check out these and check the radiator - fins and tubes - for any reduction in air or water flow if the problem is real.
