It sounds like the twine discs are not holding the twine during the tying cycle or the needle is too far from the twine disc to present the twine. Have someone roll the baler over by hand while you watch. The needle should clear groove in twine disc by 1/16 inch. The 2 twines should set in notch in disc as disc turns bill hook turns and wraps twine around it while it also turns the tang on the bill hook poens up cathing both twines and as it continues to turn pulls these through to form a knot then the stripper arm cuts the twine and wipes it off the billhook. First check needle clearance then if twine is slipping out of disc tighten up flat leaf spring on right of knotter 1/4 turn. Check to make sure flat spring is not cracked or broken. If these check out then twine disc timing would be next. You can get a manual from FNH dealer on knotter stack repair and adjustments.
