I had one on my IH656 that the previous owner built. Check it out at http://photos.yahoo.com/xteife. Look in the tractor folder.

It's essentially a 55 gallon drum full of cement with a rod through it for the 3pt hitch arms. It looks like they made a minor mod to each side of the drum to allow for the 3pt arms to "taper" in.
