Hello Dan, too bad you didn't live up here, $600 US comes out to almost $1000 Canadian and you could get a decent running unit for that any day of the week. It'd need some work, but it would be a good start, no problem. I guess there are some advantages of living up here although -35 degrees isn't one of them. Good luck in your search.
