track bolts

Need to find some 9/16th by two inch preferably fine threaded carriage bolts for the track pads on my Cletrac crawler. All of the bolts have been loose and now are rusted so they cannot be tightened. Am in need of about 240 of them. Thought I could get them thu Fastenall or Graingers but no. These are not avaliable. Anyone know where i can get these witout paying $4 each from caterpillar?
