Ted, you don't need anything special to put air in fluid filled tires. It doesn't matter where the stem is. Just put air in til it looks about right. Don't worry too much about the pressure on the fronts. I added water to the fronts on my backhoe. I wish I had a tractor that would ride good, filled tires or not!
