Just get the valve at 12:00 and put in air. If the tires have leaks you should find out where they are leaking. If there is calcium in them and it gets between the tube and rim you will be buying new rims soon, that stuff rusts stuff FAST.
Oh, try 25 LBS. in the tires and see how they look and feel, you might need more.
