New Holland has had some great financing plans. About a year ago they offered one year interest free. Check with the local dealer. They have nice tractors. If I could afford one, it would probably be my second choice. Most compacts will "loose" about 4-6 hp from rated engine hp to PTO hp. I guess it's friction loss in the PTO drivetrain. I wouldn't worry much about 1 or 2 hp difference given by the manufacturer.
