I know it is upsetting when things don't work right, but DON'T GIVE UP HOPE! Why do you think that your camshaft is bent? I have heard of camshafts breaking and lobes going flat, but bending one is a new to me. Will the engine turn when you pry on the flywheel gear teeth, like others have suggested? If it will (and you may have to put some force into the prying), then maybe your engine is OK or not damaged nearly as bad as you think. I would try unhooking the driveshaft of the brush hog from the PTO shaft to eliminate drag from the impliment. I am not familiar with Olivers, but I would try to turn the PTO shaft by hand, after I put the PTO out of gear and maybe pushed in the clutch. If it will turn then, at least it is not bound up, although it could be damaged. I then would try to move the tractor a little bit with another vehicle, after trying to make sure the transmission is in neutral. If it drags the rear tires, I would try pushing in the clutch pedal. If the tires turn with the clutch in, the problem is most likely in the engine. If the tires still drag, the transmission may have been jolted into two gears and is now jammed, or there may be something broken in the transmission or rear end. If the engine turns over when you pull it, possibly your starter has gone bad, the battery is down or was damaged by the jolt. Have you tried jumper cables from a battery that you know is good? Don't give up yet, the old tractors are tough!
