I looked the wheels over for signs of color and found only rust. The wheels have no indication of ribs or clamps or remains of rubber hard or pneumatic.They are just big round flat rings of metal They look like you took the front wheels off of your 72 7/9ths hp. Naphtha-Pull tractor unbolted the spokes and laid them on their side so wifey could have a raised flower bed.
