I came across an excellent deal (steal?) about a year ago, I went into a local hardware looking to purchase a couple of nuts and bolts. Turned out that the owner was an old tractor fan and planned to go out and retire. I asked about the contents of the nut and bolts racks, etc.. He said to come back and talk to him Next week Monday at 6 P.M. and bring a LARGE truck. So I di and then next 3 hours we loaded the boxes with nuts and bolts and he charged me $.05 a pound if I took them all! Along with helping me put them in the truck! All I had to do was to strip and refinish the vynil floor for the new owner. I did that that next weekend. I figured out that I made about $100 an hour after cleaning that floor. That was a (st)deal!
