I finally got into robertscarburatorrepair.com and looked at the sheet for applications. I believe mine is a 26 not a 13. I didn't find an application for a 13 either. I wonder if it could be the stamp or casting for the number wasn't quite complete? could it have been a 73 or an 18? Wish I could be of more help. If the tractor is perfoming well for you, I would just keep looking for the carb you want and not worry too much about it.
