Buzz from power steering

I have a MM jetstar with powersteering operated by
a bypass port on the hydralic pump, this allows a lower pressure to operate the steering than main hydralics. oil is clean, no air, relief pressure
good, no worn parts, every thing works, can turn with one finger, main hydralics OK, BUT a loud buzz started coming from the supply line. there is enough viabration to wear out this line where ever it touches. also line seams to get warm too quick, without any load ( no turning,sitting idle)
any ideas?
