Democracies are the worst form of government. Just ask any dictator. It all has to do with peoples expectations really. Yours, the Group(shriners?) the rich guy's etc. Sometimes it amazes me how other people have such different opinions from the same set of facts. But I think I'd go back to another meeting or two before I finally made up my mind. Let things cool off a little, talk to some of the others, maybe even take a vote. You might just get things ironed out to everyone's satisfaction. I know there's other clubs out there, but then again, they're not on every corner like McDonalds. So it might be easier to fix this one than it is to join or start a new one. Remember: You can't change a thing if you quit. But you Can quit anytime if things don't change. Just trying to help...
