First of all you need to do what works for you. Chances are if you feel real strongly and are still sore about this after time has a chance to heal your wounds you had better drop the club. That being said it can be real easy to be on the outside looking in and criticize. Once you are deep in the management of a show you realize that you have to see all sides of a story and try to make the decision that will make as few people mad as possible. This can be a real fine line to walk. Damn near invisible at times. The only thing I would wonder about is was the idea of these people coming to your show brought before the board or did they just show up. Sometimes when someone shows up at a show especially when it is a vendor and the show has restiricted this activity it really puts the managment in a precarious position especially when some one invited them. I don't know the situation you are in but I have never seen a situation like this that had a black and white answer only shades of gray. All that being said if being involved in this show isn't fun for you any more I would suggest not going. Just try to avoid running it down it only ruins the fun for the others. Just my $.02
