You got that right! :) I guess I have heard so much bad stuff about lawsuits the past 5 years.... Neighbor's dog was hit on the highway by a big city couple. Neighbor got a letter from the couple/their insurance co - suing them for the damages to their car. Never an appology for killing the dog!!!! Neighbor's insurance was going to pay, less trouble that way - but somehow the car was damaged on 3 sides from a medium dog???? So they hassled it out, no basis for the claim because the county we live in does not require dogs to be leashed. If so, would have been liable. Odd. Just odd people out there. I'm basically with you on this one. :) But just wonder about all the goofy lawsuits we are getting into. Hear on the radio today that we should get into lawyer HMO type things - get legal advise whenever we want it that way, pay a monthly fee.... Just what we need, _more_ lawyers looking over things, more lawsuits! --->Paul
