Thanks for the information. I have found people to be very honest . I only have one thing that is of VALUE to me and that is my NAME. If I`m selling I try to make a point to tell everything I know about it (Good or Bad). And if fellow comes to pick it up and if it`s not what I said .I gladly give him his deposit back. 1 year is a long time without no talking going on , no matter what state you`re in.
