Price on MF 265 in NW.

Ideas on what this should go for please. The guy(dealer) says it needs a clutch by hearsay, has not checked it out yet and it's sat for quite a while outside and may need more. Has
"improvements" by way of wide full coverage fenders, a bracket mounted up high off the hood with a light on it. Not very pretty and looks like it's been "barely" mantained. He says $4K as is, no warranty 'tall. ???
