have you ever seen a MELROE SPRA COUPE ? it's got a liquid cooled VW industial engine(older ones used an air-cooled engine) with a air-cooled type transaxle, and the drive train mounts above with reduction units at each wheel, the thing will travel at 22 mph full tilt in 4th gear,and they have made them long enough to probably find a junked one for parts, hhmmmm, something to think about?
