What are you going to do with this three acres? You are probably going to keep it mowed..A "BUSH HOG" type mower will keep the trees from comming back and the weeds and grass down if mowed two or three times a year ..you can go one step better and get a finish mower.you can cut the grass around your new house with that..The wife might think that would be OK...I would buy a FARMALL super"A"... this little tractor will move your brush(maybe not a 24"x8'log)...cut up your big stuff ,It will haul firewood...Now you got a tractor with wide front end ,it will move your brush,if you use your head....when that work is done it will grade and smooth out the dirt ready for planting ,grass and then keep it mowed....what more can you ask....
