I got a little farm and make a go of it but I also have a pention to help make ends meet so I'm not in it for the money. My wife is from Indiana and when we visit the inlaws I love to watch the Amish work their farms. Funny how we can go broke on 1000 acres and they make an good living on 20-40 acres. Went to a simenar about why farmers are going broke. Some Amish speaker was explaining the differance between the "English" and Amish. Basicly the bottom line was over capitalization. Make since to me but then I like old stuff. Also the Amish work habit is a lot better then mine. I spend way too much time setting in the shade drinking tea or coffee.
