Hi Roger, I have a 76 Dodge PW thats full time 4wd but I can not run it in hi-loc or lo-loc on dry pavement however It can be in hi or lo on dry pavement. Two completely different settings. Hi-loc and Lo-loc, the transfer case locks both drive shafts together with no slip and the reason for no dry pavement driving. T_Bone
