Ad-Aware will clean out the spyware programs that report your personal data & surfing habits to the sites you are logged onto. Shortenes up-load & down-load times by reducing data transfer too. Stops most pop ups as well. Still need a separate fire wall however. Ad-Aware cleaned 26 snoop programs form my machine & eliminated the Windows Explorer crashes.
