Ken: For several reasons, I'd look for a good used 17/3 deck-over with two live 7,000 lb axels. 1)Deckovers are cheap compared to goosenecks 2)You've got plenty of breaking hp with a 350 3)Pintle & 2- 5/16" ball hitches are being traded in (at least around mw Ohio) for goosenecks. 4)the dovetail gives you a good place to tiedown the mower with the tractor on solid flatbed and lets you pull on instead of backing on. I gave $1600 for a really good 3-year old May trailer that included the braking unit wired and installed in my truck and a new chrome ball. Weighs 3,000 empty - pull weight @ 9850 lb and pulls great behind my heavy 3/4 ton. Hopes this helps a little. pb
