I presume that you're talking about a Farmall Super C. I think the clutch pedal is supposed to have about 1" of free play before it will disengage the clutch. I can't really help on the adjustment but if it is the same as a Super A then I think the adjustment is made where the connection from the clutch pedal enters the torque tube. Hope this helps.
