If your tire is worth saving, I usually take the rim off the tractor and lay it on the concrete pad, Drive the front bumper of the truck up to it and use the handy man jack between the tire and the bumper. If the tire isn't worth anything, I take a chain saw and cut the tire off then a cold chisel to the bead cable. I like working the tire laying down because I can work the tube in without pinching it better for me.
