Got a Kohler 12 HP single silinder in IHC Cub Cadet, last somer was mowing, stoped all of a suddon, thought that I had blowen a piston the same as my 10 HP Cub did the year before, sat quiet a while till I raised the hood. Found the plug had had a heli coil put in at one time, top 1/3 of coil on plug, bottom 1/3 still in head the rest streched out holding the plug to the head, only fix was a used head
