The best and most equitable thing to do is call your Co.Conservation Office. Most of them compile a list of contract farm service charges. Around here Md.-Pa. area a local agricultural paper also posts a list with going rates depending on the area. This will give you a good place to start from and you can show prospective customers what the rates are in black and white. Also make sure you have adequate liability insurance. I've hit a well casing in a field that the property owner swore was on the other side of the road. ( Busted up batwing and a $1100. bill to repair the well for a $400. mowing job) Good Luck
