Happens all the time. I would tell the fellow that you are not what is holding him up from placing his trailer, And that you ARE finished, if he needs something more he will have to hire someone because you are too busy to deal with him. My neighbor was constantly getting help from me I mean almost everyday. When I needed him to bush hog a small plot for me, I mean small 50x100 feet ,he told me he would, he told I'll get it this weekend, I'll get it next weekend, I'll get it that weekend. Bottom line, he never did it. He called the other day for me to help him with his truck, I told him sure, when he showed up I left. Told him I'll have to get it next weekend. Some people! I hope he got the message but I doubt it.
