That is why more and more people are unwilling to help others. It is much easier to tell someone no and live with the guilt of being a bad person/neighbor, than living with the regret after you get screwed, tear up your equipment etc etc. I bet you will be more reluctant to help someone in the future as well. That is bad but that is how I have become as well. Too many people out there really feel that the world is here to serve them and they want no part of earning the help or repaying down the road.
