I need some info on New Hollands round balers

Ok everybody, I need you to tell me what to look for on a New Holland Round baler, what kind of tying system, what model number, we have a New Holland 3930 and it's like 45 hp, so what model should I be looking for? We only have experience with the old square balers and since we can't find enough help to pick'em up we are looking at round balers, so this is all new to us. How about when I inspect them, what kind of wear and tear should I be worried about? Any help is greatly appreciated.
