Use full synthetic in my car. Change it about 12k miles instead of 5k and then put it in my vintage tractors.
Oil top-up is zero over this time - level just drops a bit, engine runs smoother. A fairly high engine output - 65HP per litre. I'm happy to pay the little extra (?) as I don't exactly spare the horses!!!! Just my 2p worth, RAB
