the pistons most likely are the only things seized. the rod caps and bearings are probably in oil. if you will remove the spark plugs, get a couple of cans of rust arrestor, or wd40 or some other penetrating oil and be generous with it spraying or pouring it into the head where the spark plugs go, allow to sit at least 12 hours, and then with a cheater bar of a sort try turning the cam pulley gently bumping the handle at intervals. this should do it. reggie
