Been using it for about 3 to 4 years now. In my manual trans on my ford truck and engine too. What the synthetic gives you is lower pour point at subzero temp. + doesnt break down at 250F. Still maintains lubrication qualitys after 10,000 miles. Used to work for a guy that has 235,000 miles on a 87 ranger truck and it still has not needed a rebuild been using amsoil since 80,000 miles when he bought it 7 years ago.
