Your check valve is probably stuck. Just under the seat, there is a large hex plug. 1 1/116 wrench will fit it. Remove this plug. There will be a large but weak spring under it. After removing spring, you will have to use your fingers to remove a hollow cup valve. Clean this valve and the bore that it is in with a lint free rag. After reinstalling this valve make sure it is moving up and down freely in the bore. Reinstall spring and plug. Start tractor and try your lift.
