1980 Bolins value?

I have a chance to buy a 1980 Model G244 4 wheel drive Bolins with loader, rear blade, and backhoe from a widow who has no idea how much to ask for it. Can someone give me an educated guess on the value of the tractor and equipment? It seems to be in excellent condition and doesn't appear to have been used much. Her husband bought it new and used it around their resort on the Lake of the Ozarks. I would like to make her a fair offer if she can't find out what to price it at.
