You are close but not quite at that.
All Ford tractors had Draft Control. It began with the "Ferguson System" on the 9N.
It was not untill the 8Ns came out they offered position control as well as draft control.
The Zane Thang is for the 9N, 2N and the earliest Freguson models. If you have an 8N you don't need it. If you have an older Ford or Ferguson you will really love the Zane Thang for mowing, blading,and several other functions where position control is desired.
Get one. They ARE all they're cracked up to be.
