Weekdays are spent slaving over a hot desk in Manhattan. All available time (weekends, long weekends and the occasional evening) are on 40 acres in the Catskills, about 4 mi off Rt 28 in western Ulster County, almost over into Delaware Co. The other half's family is all from up your way, a farm about 5 mi. outside Mexico. Yeah, the memories lead to strange things. When I called my brother to tell him I'd found the BN, he 'bout tipped over. His first driving experience like mine was on that tractor, 'ceptin' his was an accident, backed that left rear right into the driver's door on the truck of a neighbor who'd stopped by! Now if I can just track down one of those turquoise blue lawn mowers. They went by the boards, but those Panzersw were tough! And don't all little kids up on tractors look about alike? Again, thanks!
