It is an International Harvester 300 Utility. It is very similar to the 300 Row Crop. It would be a slightly more modern version of a W-4. It looks as though it is in reasonable condition excluding the paint. The rear tires appear to be mismatched with better than 50% tread and the fronts seem pretty good.
