Oliver didn't put tracks on their wheeled tractors during the war. Oliver bought out the Cleveland Tractor Company who made the Cletrac crawlers, exact year I can't remember. Eventually Oliver dropped the Cletrac name on the crawlers. During the war steel wheels were made standard on new tractors by most all the manufactures do to rubber shortage.
