My father and I are putting one back together that has been sitting for several years. The rear tires could cost you as much as 400 mounted. You might check on that. I'm converting it to 12v to make it easier to keep functional. If you get it, before you crank it over. Remove the oil pressure guage and squirt some oil down the fitting next to the block. This will prime the oil pump that is located at the top of the block just behind the flywheel.
